Our Cancellation Policy & Other Terms
It is recommended that you attend your appointments as scheduled. This is because missed appointments interfere with treatment outcomes and slow results.
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances arise from time to time that may affect your ability to attend your scheduled appointment.
Should this occur, please provide at least 24 hours notice as missed appointments deny others the opportunity of a treatment.
Please note: a late cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours notice or on the day of a scheduled appointment and the cancelled or rescheduled time slot is not able to be filled by someone on the clinic waiting list.
