Reflexology

Reflexology is an ancient tactile therapy based on the concept that areas in our feet, hands and ears correspond directly to certain organs and tissues in other parts of the body.

A Reflexologist applies pressure with the thumbs and fingers to reflex points in the hands and feet, affecting a corresponding reflex response in the related areas of the body. This helps the body to retain its natural state of balance, homeostasis.

A Reflexology treatment is extremely relaxing and enjoyable and has a profound effect upon the body.

Your Treatment
A Reflexology Treatment begins with pampering your feet in a warm, soothing foot bath whilst the practitioner takes a detailed client case history to develop your personalised treatment strategy.

Whilst laying in a comfortable position the client will enjoy the relaxing techniques of kneading and stretching to the feet. This is followed by a stimulating thumb and finger massage palpation over the entire surface of the feet provoking a state of complete tranquility

Vital Acupuncture & Massage will make every effort to give you the ultimate Reflexology Treatment. We recommend drinking water for the following 24 hours after Reflexology treatment.
