What is our cancellation policy?
It is recommended that you attend your appointments as scheduled. This is because missed appointments interfere with treatment outcomes and slow results.
We appreciate that unforeseen circumstances arise from time to time that may affect your ability to attend your scheduled appointment.
Should this occur, please provide at least 24 - 48 hours notice as missed appointments deny others the opportunity of a treatment.
Please note:
a late cancellation or rescheduling fee will apply if a cancellation or rescheduling occurs with less than 24 hours notice
No Show fees and Cancellations with less than 24 hours are charged at the full price of the appointment.
Some services may require a deposit to be paid in advance to secure your appointment.
Please select your appointment time with care to avoid cancellation fees.
