WE ARE A COVID SAFE WORKPLACE
We have implemented a COVID-19 Safety Plan and we are registered as a COVID SAFE workplace. We are dedicated to keeping you COVID safe and have implemented the following protocols;
COVID SAFE CHECK-IN
We have implemented a COVID safe check-in using the Services NSW QR code and app. Patients MUST check-in on arrival to the clinic.
COVID SCREENING
COVID screening will be completed prior to each appointment.
IMPORTANT: If you, or anyone in your household is showing symptoms of COVID-19, you MUST cancel or reschedule your appointment until you have received a negative COVID-19 test result.
UPDATED INFECTION CONTROL POLICIES & PROCEDURES
We have updated our infection control policies and procedures and cleaning frequently touched surfaces as well as treatment surfaces thoroughly between appointments. We have new Purifas, disposable face shields for greater protection whilst you are on the treatment table. And as always we provide freshly cleaned and laundered linen and towels for each patient.
HAND HYGIENE & SANITISER
We are applying hand hygiene protocols and providing hand sanitiser for practitioners and clients. Please use hand sanitiser on arrival for your appointment.
FACE MASKS
Practitioners are wearing face masks for all treatments.
Patients are also required to wear a face mask when entering the clinic.
Face masks can be provided for $2.
LONGER INTERVALS BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS
We are scheduling longer intervals between appointments to ensure there is enough time to clean the treatment room and wipe down all surfaces between clients. The longer intervals also help to reduce and limit the number of clients in the reception area.
STAYING UPDATED
We are staying up to date on current cases in our area and may adjust service availability accordingly.
